By purchasing and/or accessing the Teachergram Toolkit (“Toolkit”) and its materials, you agree to the following Terms of Use.
All Teachergram Toolkit materials, including but not limited to guides, workbooks, planners, templates, content ideas, prompts, caption frameworks, sales strategies, content plans, calendars, tutorials, videos, examples, graphics, downloads, and any other materials provided as part of the Teachergram Toolkit, are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Your purchase grants you a single-user license to access and use these materials for your own business and marketing purposes in accordance with the terms below.
Purchasing the Teachergram Toolkit does not transfer ownership, copyright, or other intellectual property rights in the Toolkit or its original materials to you.
You may:
Use the strategies, methods, ideas, prompts, and information taught within the Teachergram Toolkit to market and grow your own business.
Use the provided content ideas, prompts, and planning resources to create original social media content for your own business.
Adapt content prompts, post ideas, hooks, calls to action, and other marketing suggestions to fit your own voice, audience, offers, and brand.
Use the strategies and frameworks taught within the Toolkit to promote your own products, resources, courses, services, memberships, or other offers.
Complete and customize worksheets, planners, and other Toolkit materials for your own personal and business use.
Use provided templates and planning tools as a starting point for your own marketing, provided the original Toolkit materials themselves are not shared, sold, or distributed.
Apply the skills and knowledge you gain through the Teachergram Toolkit throughout your own business and marketing.
The Teachergram Toolkit is designed to help you create your own original marketing and content. You retain ownership of the original content and business assets you independently create using the knowledge and strategies you learn through the Toolkit.
You may not:
Sell, share, distribute, reproduce, give away, or otherwise provide access to any original Teachergram Toolkit materials.
Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute Toolkit guides, workbooks, planners, templates, content plans, calendars, tutorials, videos, downloads, graphics, or other materials.
Resell or redistribute Toolkit templates, worksheets, planners, content calendars, content packs, prompts, guides, or other resources, whether modified or unmodified.
Upload or share Teachergram Toolkit materials through shared drives, websites, social media, groups, memberships, courses, email, file-sharing services, or any other method.
Share your Toolkit login information, private access links, downloads, or other access information with another person.
Claim Teachergram Toolkit materials, templates, frameworks, guides, or other proprietary content as your own creation.
Copy Toolkit materials for inclusion in your own course, workshop, membership, coaching program, digital product, freebie, resource library, or other paid or free offer.
Use Teachergram Toolkit materials to create a competing toolkit, course, workshop, membership, training program, template collection, content pack, planner, guide, or other product that reproduces or redistributes the Toolkit's materials.
Transfer, sublicense, sell, or give your Teachergram Toolkit license or access to another person or business.
The Teachergram Toolkit is specifically designed to help you create and improve content for your own business, so you are encouraged to put the ideas, prompts, strategies, and frameworks you learn into action.
For example, if the Toolkit provides an Instagram Reel idea, Story prompt, caption framework, hook, or sales strategy, you may use that idea to create content promoting your own business. You may customize it to reflect your personality, expertise, audience, products, and brand.
The purpose of these materials is for you to implement them, not simply keep them for reference.
However, permission to implement the ideas and strategies does not give you permission to redistribute the underlying Teachergram Toolkit materials.
For example, you may use a collection of content prompts to plan and create posts for your own Instagram account. You may not take that collection of prompts, rebrand or lightly modify it, and distribute it to your own audience as a content guide, freebie, product, membership resource, or other material.
Similarly, you may implement a sales sequence taught within the Toolkit to promote your own offer, but you may not distribute the original Teachergram Toolkit sales sequence, instructions, or accompanying materials to others.
Any templates, planners, worksheets, checklists, guides, content packs, calendars, or other downloadable materials provided through the Teachergram Toolkit are licensed for your individual use within your own business only, unless a specific resource explicitly states otherwise.
You may customize and complete these materials as part of your own marketing and business-planning process.
You may not sell, distribute, share, sublicense, or provide the original or modified Toolkit materials to your customers, students, clients, colleagues, employees, contractors, or other third parties.
Your Teachergram Toolkit purchase and license are for one individual user only.
Toolkit access and materials may not be shared with colleagues, friends, business partners, team members, employees, contractors, clients, students, or other individuals.
Each individual who wishes to access or use the Teachergram Toolkit materials must obtain their own license.
These Terms of Use do not give The Thriving Teacher Inc. ownership of the original social media content, products, resources, branding, marketing materials, or other intellectual property you independently create while implementing the strategies and information taught within the Teachergram Toolkit.
You are free to use the skills, knowledge, strategies, and general concepts you learn through the Toolkit in your own business, provided you do not reproduce, distribute, or improperly use the Teachergram Toolkit's copyrighted or proprietary materials.
The Teachergram Toolkit may include strategies, examples, or instruction relating to third-party platforms such as Instagram and other social media or business platforms.
